All samplepacks are 100% ROYALTY FREE,
that means you can use them in your commerical music projects
and release and distrubute them without any additional or hidden fees.

BEAT-LICENSE-RIGHTS
Beats can be leased for commercial use starting 9€ with basic rights and starting 99€ with unlimited rights or bought starting 249€ with exclusive rights from then on. On request I also make custom beats for artists that I pick, sorry if I cannot accept any request at anytime!

Basic rights contains:

The same rights count for the unlimited lease license, just without any limits regards distribution and streams, but also with Producer-Tag*.
*With Tag means „Artist – Songname (Prod. by Thugztools)“

An exclusive license means you have the license for everything, unlimited and without the need to mention the Producer-Tag.
You’re also allowed to make beatchanges and whatever else comes in mind to you!

CONTENT ID: Keep in mind that you may NOT ENABLE “CONTENT ID” on release/distribution if you DO NOT have exclusive rights.
If you have exclusive rights you should enable “CONTENT ID”.
In case you use CONTENT ID on a LEASE LICENSE my lawyer needs to contact you for removal!
(Content ID means spotify doesnt allow any of the used sounds to appear in another song and uses copyright checks on all platforms)

SAMPLE CLEARANCE: You’re the releasing artist and have to run your final song through copyright checks. If you use a vocal for example that is not a cleared sample you have to take out the stem before release – that’s one of the reasons everything is delivered in stems.

DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS: You may not resell the beats but have any right to distribute your rap on my beat on any major platform – just watch out for the content-id-thing.

LICENSE CONTRACTS: With the purchase of a beat on my website you have the rights to use it (depending on the license model). If you need a certain contract for a release, just fill the contact form and my team will provide you with what you need.

LIABILITY: You as releasing artist are responsible for the monetization and if you do, you should run all checks for the legal side and in case delete the single stem that you cant affort to clear the sample.

FREE BEATS: All free beats are for nonprofit and noncommercial purpose. What I give out for free, you must give out for free. So no monetization on them!
